In the heart of Corona, California, nestled between bustling streets and sun-kissed sidewalks, there stood a modest little deli. Its name? “Main Street Deli.”

The now-owner, Arsala, had a story etched into her very bones. She was no stranger to the relentless grind of corporate America—the late nights, the endless emails, the pressure that weighed on her chest like an anchor. But life has a way of redirecting her path, even when she least expected it.

In the summer of 2023, Arsala faced some health issues. It was as if the universe had pressed pause on her frenetic existence. The doctor’s words echoed in her ears: “Slow down, Arsala. Your body is begging for respite.”

And so, she did. She left behind the fluorescent-lit offices, the power suits, and the constant hum of stress. Instead, she followed her heart—a compass that pointed her toward simplicity. That December, the owner of Main Street Deli at the time was planning to retire and reached out to Arsala to see if she wanted to make something new of her deli. And so, with determination and a dash of vulnerability, she decided to revamp and reopen the deli under a new name, Mauza Main Street Deli.

The menu is a symphony of comfort: hearty soups, crisp salads, and sandwiches piled high with love. The love is evident since Arsala only provides grass-fed, organic deli meats (halal), sources only local preservative-free and chemical-free bread, and ensures all vegetables and cheeses are only of the highest quality.

Health concern has directed her to lead a healthier path in food and she wants to ensure that she shares the same thing with her customers.

MAUZA Main St Deli was born from her desire to create a haven—a place where flavors danced on taste buds, where people from different walks of life came together, and where stories flowed freely.

And so, Mauza Main St Deli became more than a deli—it became a refuge. A place where strokes of kindness healed invisible wounds, where stress melted into laughter, and where the scent of warm delectables carried hope.

Arsala knew she had found her purpose. She had traded the corporate ladder for a wooden ladle, and in doing so, she had discovered the true essence of life—a delicate balance between ambition and serenity.

And so, MAUZA Main Street Deli thrived—a testament to resilience, second chances, and the healing power of a simple meal shared with an open heart.
